Systematic kinesiology

Gentle muscle testing is used to identify imbalances across the body’s physical, chemical, emotional and energetic systems. This may be combined with acupressure, lymphatic massage and stress-release techniques to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Psychotherapy based techniques & coaching

I use structured, evidence-informed techniques to explore thoughts, emotions and behavioral patterns. This supports emotional processing, healthier coping strategies, improved relationships and long-term mindset change.

Nutritional therapy & plans

Through food testing and assessment, I help you understand which foods best support your individual body. Where needed, I provide tailored nutritional guidance and specific plans to support energy, gut health, hormones and overall wellbeing.

Movement plays a key role in physical and emotional health. I provide exercise guidance and lifestyle recommendations aligned to your health needs, capacity and goals - supporting your body rather than overloading it.
