By combining systematic kinesiology, psychotherapy, Reiki, and tailored nutrition guidance, I work with you to address the underlying factors that may be influencing your mood and mental wellbeing. I will use muscle testing to detect imbalances in the body caused by chemical, emotional, or structural stress that may be affecting fertility.

I’ll have a focus on identifying factors like poor nutrition, hormonal issues, or stress that might be negatively impacting your mental health

Based on our sessions I will provide personalised nutritional advice, lifestyle changes, and supplement plans to improve your day to day emotional state and feelings.
