 I take a whole-person approach to mental health support. By combining systematic kinesiology, psychotherapy, Reiki, and tailored nutrition guidance, I work with you to address the underlying factors that may be influencing your mood and mental wellbeing. This may include emotional stress, physical imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, or unresolved experiences

I will use muscle testing to detect imbalances in the body caused by chemical, emotional, or structural stress that may be affecting fertility.

Holistic Approach

I will explore the interconnectedness of your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. These will be worked on within each session we have.

Identifying Stressors

I’ll have a focus on identifying factors like poor nutrition, hormonal issues, or stress that might be negatively impacting your mental health

 Treatment Plans

Based on our sessions I will provide personalised nutritional advice, lifestyle changes, and supplement plans to improve your day to day emotional state and feelings.
