Neurodiversity is about recognising that every brain works differently.


Whether it’s ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other neurodiverse traits, these differences bring unique strengths — but they can also come with challenges that affect energy, focus, mood, and overall wellbeing.


Both teenagers and adults can experience difficulties linked to neurodiversity, especially when demands from school, work, or daily life feel overwhelming.




My role is to support you holistically — looking at the body, mind, and environment — so you can thrive in your own way.
